Tim Lindsay

Tim is an orthopaedic surgeon in the NHS and Academic Clinical Fellow at Imperial College London. He completed his medical degree at Monash University, Melbourne, and holds a Master’s in Bioscience Enterprise and PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Cambridge, where he was fully funded as a Cambridge Trust International Scholar. His research has been published in high-impact journals including Nature Medicine and the International Journal of Epidemiology.

Away from clinical work and research, Tim completed an internship at Horizon Discovery, prior to their £113 million IPO, and undertook an 18 month board observership with Myer Family Investments, a private asset management company with over £1 billion under management.

Further, he completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors corporate governance qualification as the inaugural international scholarship recipient, and spent 6 months in China learning Mandarin and exploring Sino-Australian biotechnology cooperation as a Hamer Scholar.
