Disarming bacteria to defeat resistant infections

Virulence factor targeting therapeutics

THE AMR PROBLEM

First-in-class non-antibiotic small molecules that target bacterial virulence

Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a critical global health challenge as infections are increasingly difficult to treat due to resistant bacteria. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a World Health Organization priority pathogen associated with severe hospital-acquired infections and high levels of resistance. There is a global unmet need to improve the way we treat bacterial infections, which we address with our first-in-class non-antibiotic approach.
